Well, sorta. More like a spread. I never make mine into a ball.
This is a great recipe for entertaining and it is easy to whip together.
I made this for my family to snack on while we are decorating Christmas cookies.
Ingredients:
2 8 ounce packages of cream cheese, softened
1 20 ounce can of crushed pineapple, drained
approximately 1/2 cup of finely chopped green bell pepper (you can dd more or less)
chopped onion, if desired
chopped pecans, if desired (used to roll the mixture in if you desire it to be in the Ball form)
If you want to make the "ball", refrigerate the mixture for a while so it will be easier to form a ball; then roll in chopped pecans.
Keep refrigerated.
After your cream cheese has softened, mix with chopped green bell pepper
And the drained crushed pineapple
Mix well
And serve on your favorite crackers
This is great for parties too!
Enjoy!
